Development Applied Through Competition

AFC 11’s is the advanced competitive environment within Academy FC, designed for players ready to apply their development in a structured, performance-driven setting. Training emphasizes technical execution at speed, tactical understanding, positional responsibilities, and mental resilience. Players are evaluated not only on outcomes, but on decision-making, consistency, and growth over time. Competition at this stage is intentional and challenging, serving as a platform for long-term progression rather than short-term results. AFC 11’s prepares athletes for higher levels of play by reinforcing standards, accountability, and a development-first approach to competitive soccer.

Training

Training at the AFC 11's will begin the process of tactical instruction on the larger field. A continued effort of refinement of technical ability. However, the broader tactical and strength/conditioning take on a larger role.

Games & Tournaments

These teams will compete in Classic or reginal leagues, depending on the ability and desire of the age group. Additional tournaments will be selected to match the developmental level of each team. As athlete begin to look for opportunities to play at the next or in college, showcase events will become common practice.

Fees

Performance Track: $100 per month, $250 per season fee (Fall and Spring) (Unlimited sessions - 3+ per week available & year round training, and free open play)
